3. E-Visas and Digital Documents

Upon successful application, any e-visas, digital permits, or confirmation letters will be delivered to you via email to the address provided in your application. It is your responsibility to ensure the email address is correct and to check your inbox (including spam/junk folders).

4. Physical Document Return

If we handle your physical passport or other documents, they will be returned to you via a reputable courier service. A tracking number will be provided. The cost of return shipping will be included in our service fee unless otherwise specified. We are not liable for any loss or damage of documents by the courier service.

5. Processing Times

The processing times displayed on our website are estimates based on information from government authorities and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the respective embassies or consulates.
