1. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your service request with Crossmap Visa Consultants within 24 hours of payment for a full refund of our service fee, provided that we have not yet submitted your application to the relevant government authority. Once an application has been submitted, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Refund Policy

Our service fees are for the professional expertise and work performed in preparing and submitting your visa application. Therefore, our service fees are non-refundable once the application has been submitted to the government authority, regardless of the outcome of the visa decision.

3. Government and Embassy Fees

All fees paid to government bodies, embassies, or consulates for visa processing are strictly non-refundable. These fees are subject to the policies of the respective government agencies.

4. Application Rejection

In the unfortunate event of a visa rejection, our service fees are non-refundable. The final decision rests with the immigration authorities, and our role is to ensure your application is submitted correctly and completely to maximize your chances of success. We do not guarantee visa approval.

5. How to Request a Cancellation

To cancel your service, you must contact our support team in writing via email within the 24-hour window. Please include your full name and application reference number.
